un œuf battu avec des graines de sésame ou de pavot
Préchauffer le four à 180°.
Dérouler la pâte.
Ajouter la garniture et humidifier les bords.
Recouvrir avec un autre rond de pâte et presser les bords.
Découper en quarts et en rayons.
Tourner chaque rayon 3 fois.
Badigeonner d’œuf et saupoudrer de sésame.
Enfourner pour 25 minutes sur la clayette du haut.
